ORDER STATUS

Online Orders – To place an online order 24 hours a day, simply select the product(s) you would like to purchase, add the product(s) to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. We provide secure checkout so that your information is kept secure and safe during your shopping experience with us. We fulfill orders during our business hours Monday through Friday between 9:00AM and 6:00PM EST. All in stock orders will be processed within 72 hours. Processing time for orders place on the weekend or national holiday will not begin until the following business day.

SHIPPING

NOTE: ALL overnight and 2-Day express orders placed after 2:00PM EST will ship the next business day.

In addition, ALL overnight and 2-Day express are REQUIRED to submit a copy of your identification and credit/debit card during the verification process. A representative will call and or email you for this information then the order will be shipped. All orders will receive order recognition immediately via email to the email address provided during the checkout process.

Shipping Policy: J’adore Cheveux Hair provide our customers with flat-rate ground shipping at a cost of $9.99 for all orders within the continental U.S. Customers will have the option to select from no signature required or signature required for standard ground shipping orders. If you choose not to have signature required on your package, please leave the comment in the section of your order and your package will be left at the shipping address. All packages left at the shipping address are the responsibility of the customer. All in stock orders are guaranteed to ship within 48 hours (business operating hours). Once your order ships, expect it to arrive to you within 2-3 business days for standard shipping (continental U.S. only).

J’adore Cheveux Hair also offers overnight or two day express shipping for in stock products (Continental US Only) for orders received by 2PM EST. All orders received after 2PM EST requesting overnight or 2-day express shipping cannot be guaranteed to be shipped the same day but will be shipped the following day. ALL overnight and 2-Day express orders placed after 2:00PM EST will ship the next business day. In addition, ALL overnight and 2-Day express are REQUIRED to submit a copy of your identification and credit/debit card during the verification process. A representative will call and or email you for this information. Once received your order will be shipped.

J’adore Cheveux Hair ships via FedEx and USPS. All customers will receive a confirmation that contains a tracking number once your item has shipped.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to federal laws and regulations, we cannot accept the return of used, worn, damaged, wet, processed, unpackaged hair. You may not comb, brush, wash, dye, curl, braid, spray, wear, or treat the hair in any way for us to consider a return. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! EXCHANGES

The hair must not be untied from the bundle, nor washed, processed, wet, combed, brushed. Exchanges will only be considered within a 24 hour time frame from date of purchase NO EXCEPTIONS. We offer one exchange per original order. Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer’s expense for all exchanged orders that requires shipping. Due to important federal laws and regulations, we adhere to a stringent policy with regards to exchanging of merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange will be inspected thoroughly. If the product return does not meet our standard: which includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc. J’adore Cheveux Hair reserves the right to cancel any offer of exchange.

There are no warranties or guarantees on any product(s) sold by J’adore Cheveux Hair online. Buyers assume all risk and liabilities of any products or items purchased from J’adore Cheveux Hair.
